BY FERRY

Those who choose to use the ferry to get to Sicily, Palermo is the right destination to get to San Vito Lo Capo.

Palermo is home to a natural port and is just 2 hours from San Vito Lo Capo. It is possible to take a ferry from various Italian ports; Genoa, Rome, Civitavecchia, Naples and Cagliari to Palermo.

The companies operating the various routes are: Tirrenia, Grandi Navi Veloci e Grimaldi Group.

 

BY CAR:

From Falcone-Borsellino airport (Palermo), take the interstate A29 dir. Mazara del Vallo. Leave the motorway at exit Castellammare del Golfo. Then continue in the direction San Vito Lo Capo.

Just before arriving in San Vito Lo Capo you will pass the hamlet of Castelluzzo, and after the Baia Santa Margherita (St. Margaret’s Bay) you will see at your right hand side the sign to Macari, turn right and you will find the houses at 300 meters on the left side.

From the airport Trapani Birgi Vincenzo Florio take direction Trapani and follow the signs for the provincial road SP16, then follow the signs to Valderice, continue to San Vito Lo Capo and pass the hamlet Castelluzzo and on your right hand sight you will see the sign to Macari, turn right and you will find the houses at 300 meters on the left side.

From the Port of Palermo, take the Via Notarbartolo and follow the signs to the Motorway A29 Dir. Mazara del Vallo. Leave de motorway at exit at Castellammare del Golfo and follow the signs to San Vito Lo Capo. Just before arriving in San Vito Lo Capo you will pass the hamlet of Castelluzzo, and after the Baia Santa Margherita (St. Margaret’s Bay) you will see on you right hand sight the sign to Macari, turn right and you will find the houses at 300 meters on the left side.

From the port of Trapani reach the Promenade Dante Alighieri and follow the provincial SP16 for San Vito Lo Capo (55Km). Just before arriving in San Vito Lo Capo you will pass the hamlet of Castelluzzo, and after the Baia Santa Margherita (St. Margaret’s Bay) you will see on our right hand sight the sign to Macari, turn right and you will find the houses at 300 meters on the left side.
