The apartment, built in 2016, consist in two bedrooms with 3 sleeping places, 1 bathroom and is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Baia Santa Margherita, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Gaia. The beach is easily reached by a footpad.

The apartment has one bedroom with sea view and a large veranda (100 mq) in common with the Indaco apartment, equipped with barbecue, solar showers, deck chairs, tables and gazebo overlooking the Gulf of Mount Cofano. Just few minutes from San Vito Lo Capo. Free parking.

Possibility to have lunch and dinner on the porch admiring one of the most beautiful sunsets in western Sicily.

The house has access doors in the Kitchen.

The apartment if necessary can be joined by a door in the internal stairs to the apartment Azzurra (2 floors) above to become the house into 8 places beds.

The apartment is on one level, one bedroom has a balcony below street level. The St. Margaret’s Bay beach is within walking distance through route on dirt path.
