The villa, built in 2016, is set over two levels and consist in 2 bedrooms with 5 sleeping places, 1 bathroom and is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Baia Santa Margherita, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Gaia. The beach is easily reached by a footpad.

On each floor is a veranda with a beautiful view on the Golfo di Monte Cofano. In the evening you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in western Sicily. Just few minutes from San Vito Lo Capo. Free parking.

Description

First level:

Bedroom with double bed (French), terrace with seaview, with table and chairs, air-conditioning;
Bedroom with three single beds or double bed (on request), with mountain view;
Bathroom complete with shower.

Ground level:

Living room with 4 seat sofa, flatscreen-TV, extendable dining table 12 seats, air-conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Veranda with seaview, equipped with table (8 Persons), sunbed and umbrella.

Please NOTE: The house can be joined through an internal door with the lower floor apartment (Avion) to be turned into a 3 story house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 separate entrances for up to 9/10 guests which can be rented as one.
