Three days of sea, sport and fun within the splendid setting of San Vito Lo Capo. 
From Friday 31 May to Sunday 2 June comes the first edition of the San Vito Vela Fest, 
the event that comes from the collaboration between the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo and the Sicilian Sailing Center of Palermo.

San Vito Vela Cup
The three-day regatta opens on May 31st with the San Vito Vela Cup and the Palermo-San Vito offshore 
regatta starting at 11am from the Gulf of Mondello (expected arrival around 6pm). 
There will be 20 crews taking part in the first edition of the San Vito Vela Cup. Numerous prominent boats are expected: 
in addition to those always present in the large and fierce Palermo fleet (including QQ7 by Michele Zucchero, winner of the last 
two editions of the National Championship of Area, and the XP38 Gioia Di Vivere, by Vincenzo Todaro, fresh from the class victory at the 
3 Golfi regatta recently concluded in the Gulf of Naples) there will also be boats coming from outside the province, such as the Ten PF 
“10 E Lode ”by Giacomo Venezia. The same boats that will participate in the Palermo-San Vito will be the protagonists of the regattas 
in the Gulf of San Vito on Saturday and Sunday (first races starting from 11). Sunday afternoon, once the rankings have been drawn up, 
we will proceed with the awards.
